Latisha "Tesha" Dixon, is a dedicated professional with 15 years of experience as a school counselor in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg School System. Known for her passion for shaping young minds, Tesha is committed to helping students achieve their full potential. In addition to her work in education, Tesha is a financial enthusiast with a keen interest in bookkeeping. 

She holds a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration from Buffalo State College, where she developed skills in income statements, balance sheets, and financial planning.
